Drummer Slogan Contest Rules
Drummer Realty Slogan Contest Rules and Policies:
- To be eligible, contestants must be 18 years of age or older, must be a Canadian resident, and consent to having their picture taken with the prize at Drummer Realty & Property Management’s offices and be able to claim the prize in person. Travel expenses are not billable to Drummer Realty & Property Management.
- To be eligible, contestants cannot be current or previous employees, or family members of employees, of Drummer Realty & Property Management.
- To be eligible, the winner will be required to sign a document stating their cooperation and adherence to these Rules and Policies, witnessed and likewise signed by a representative of Drummer Realty & Property Management before the contestant may claim the prize.
- Contest advertising will be communicated by Drummer Realty & Property Management via Social Media, email marketing, and word of mouth.
- Any rights to imagery or wording used in advertisements will be purchased, where necessary, by Drummer Realty & Property Management.
- The prize will be a Gift Card to Cadillac Fairview Chinook Center for the amount of $250. No cash value will be awarded in place of the physical gift card.
- Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are in no way sponsoring this contest, nor do they have any affiliation with Drummer Realty & Property Management. Upon entry into this contest, every applicant and participant thereby releases the above Social Media platforms from any liability.
- Winner will be picked at 12 pm MDT May 15th 2018, by a jury. To be eligible contestants must follow all rules and policies.
- One entry per person, per platform. If a contestant is perceived to be creating multiple accounts for the sake of more entries, that contestant will be disqualified.
- Have fun with it! (But NO profanity! Will delete any inappropriate comments)
