SOUNDS GREAT! HOW DO I SIGN UP?

To sign up, just fill out the authorization form below and send it to our office along with a void cheque or a print-out from your bank.

Please ensure that your information is submitted to us by the 15th of the month prior to the month you would like payments to begin. For example, for payments to begin on June 1st, you will need to submit your information to our office by May 15th.

WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL?

If you need to cancel your Direct Debit payment on a one-time basis, please contact us at least two weeks prior to the 1st of the month to ensure your account is not debited.

If you wish to cancel your Direct Debit service entirely, we require a minimum of 30 days notice in writing. Please fill out this cancellation form and send it to us via the email, fax or mailing address noted above.
