About Me

Frances joined Drummer Realty as General Manager in the fall of 2017 following a decade of accomplishment with a highly regarded Emergency Response Management company.

Applying her background in Business Operations, Finance, Contract Management and HR Administration, Frances provides leadership and direction to our team of talented professionals; effectively planning, delegating, coordinating day to day operations and implementation of strategic short and long-term business plans. In addition, Frances assists the President & Managing Broker in achieving and maintaining the high standards as set by the Realty & Property Management industry by providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants driving the company forward as a successful and trusted leader in our market.

Frances started her career in management in the late 80’s in Ontario, to expand her portfolio and take on additional challenges she moved to Alberta in early 1998. Frances has since spent the last 20 years working with some of Calgary’s most successful professionals and accomplished Entrepreneurs focusing on achieving and delivering expertise in business administration. Her professional integrity and candor combined with her positive get it done attitude is an expression of her passion and dedication in all that she does.
