    Kevin is a born and raised Calgary native with a highly diverse and interesting background. After completing his undergrad in Physical Education from UVIC Kevin moved to Japan, and with his wife, started five family-owned and operated English schools from the ground up. Kevin has aquired a strong knowledge of Asian business culture practices, is fluent in Japanese and holds a Master's Degree in East Asisan Studies.

    In 2016 Kevin made the decision to move back to Canada with his wife to raise their three children. Once here, he was immediately attracted to the Property Management industry for its fast-paced atmosphere and people-first focus. By 2020 Kevin had taken his education even further, earning licening as both a Property Manager and Real Estate professional.

  • Sean Siemens
    President & Managing Broker

    Drummer Realty & Property Management has been a family owned and operated business since its commencement in 1982. Sean’s father, Ben Siemens, was an innovator to the local development of real estate and property management for over 30 years. Sean worked with Ben for a decade before taking over operations as President and CEO in 2004 and became licensed as the Managing Broker. Sean has continued the same legacy of identifying creative solutions to real estate problems that his father was acknowledged for.

    As President and Managing Broker, Sean is responsible for leading the Drummer Realty business group, which includes overseeing the operation of the Company’s owned and managed portfolios across Southern Alberta. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate and property management sectors, Sean has an exemplary track record for increasing sales revenue. Drummer Realty currently manages over $200 million in assets of residential/apartment properties and continues to exceed growth predictions annually.

    A licensed Real Estate Associate since 1994; Sean has a broad background in real estate sales with multimillions of dollars in trades. He serves on the Board of Directors for three private companies and is a regular contributor to several condo board committees.

    Sean and his family are "deeply committed" to managing their client's properties, "as if they were our own". And as owners themselves, with one of Drummer Realty's largest real estate portfolios, this family has the knowledge and experience to do just that!

  • Marney Bimm
    General Manager

    Marney joined the Drummer Realty & Property Management team in 2010. Displaying great efficiency with a high-level of ambition across many roles within the brokerage, she ultimately accepted the position of General Manager in 2014. Marney provides leadership and strategic direction in her profession which includes the overseeing of staff, technicians and resident managers across southern Alberta, assisting with property operations, business development, client relationships and overall operational strategies.

    Marney studied at the University of New Brunswick in the Faculty of Arts before subsequently graduating from Eastern College in 2007 with an education in Business and Information Technologies. She continued her training, obtaining licensing as a Property Manager and Real Estate Associate from the Real Estate Council of Alberta in 2016. Always making time for those around her, Marney brings vitality, warmth and a mindset of service and advocacy to her work.

  • Launa Currie
    Licensed Property Manager & Real Estate Agent

    Launa has been involved with Real Estate & Property Management since 2008. After working in various residential administrative and leasing roles in the real estate sector, Launa obtained her real estate license in the 3 main sectors of Residential, Commercial and Rural sales during the year of 2011 in Calgary, Alberta.

    She first gained experience with a small family-owned Commercial Real Estate firm. Launa worked with her own clients and also worked closely with foreclosure sales, judicial sales, mortgage investment corporations and property management which involved the management of commercial and condominium (strata) properties.

    In 2015 Launa then went to primarily focus on Residential real estate sales & leasing. Shortly after, in 2016, Launa obtained her 4th sector license in Property management where she worked primarily as a licensed Property Manager & Realtor in the Residential sector for Drummer Realty & Property Management.

    Working in various roles throughout property management, leasing and residential sales since 2011, Launa then decided to further her real estate education in 2019 by obtaining her Real Estate Broker license in Alberta and is currently registered as an ‘Associate Broker’ with the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

    Currently, Launa works in residential real estate in the Calgary and surrounding area at Drummer Realty & Property Management. With an extensive background in Property Management, I would be pleased to offer my services on the sale or purchase of your investment property. Even if you are buying a home to live in for the foreseeable future, Launa sees each real estate purchase as an investment and as such will treat it with the utmost respect.

    Personally, Launa loves anything to do with animals (dogs especially), yoga, giving back to the community, gardening and learning new skills. She is deeply rooted in helping people whether it be with knowledge, skill or a good shoulder to lean on.

  • Christine Kowalchuk
    Operations Coordinator

    Christine joined the Drummer Realty team in 2021, initially serving as maintenance coordinator before transitioning to the role of Accounts Specialist. In her current position, she is responsible for the day-to-day management of tenant and owner accounts, as well as the preparation of third-party vendor accounts and the oversight of non-resident owner's accounts.

    Drawing from her decade-long experience in dispatching, coordination, and administrative roles, Christine brings to the table exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

    Christine brings to the team an upbeat personality and the willingness to jump in and lend a helping hand whenever needed.

  • Annita Ferguson
    Property Administrator/Senior Account Specialist

    Annita joined the Drummer Realty team in 2017. Her role involves processing accounts payables, invoicing, data entry and utility submissions.  In addition to that she is a major help to her team in all areas of the company when extra assistance is required.

    Prior to joining Drummer Realty & Property Management, Annita spent over 15 years in data entry and records management related positions.  She brings with her vast knowledge and experience in all areas of Microsoft Office operations, record retention, file management and storage systems.

    Annita has a fun and quirky personality while displaying a strong work ethic and a helping hand to those in need.

  • Jeremiah Arkell
    Maintenance Technician

    Jeremiah joined the Drummer Realty & Property Management team in the fall of 2024, bringing a unique blend of hands-on construction expertise and a background in education. With years of experiece as a shop teacher, Jeremiah taught students practical skills in carpentry, tool safety, and project management, equipping the next generation with the fundamentals of construction and repair. His teaching experience honed his attention to detail and ability to explain complex tasks, which translates seamlessly into his work as a maintenance technician.

    In addition to his teaching role, Jeremiah has extensive hands-on experience in residential property maintenance, specializing in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and general construction issues. His skills include everything from repairing doors and windows to installing light fixtures and managing larger projects like decks and fences.

    Jeremiah's passion for education and craftsmanship make him highly effective at diagnosing issues and implementing long-lasting, cost-effient solutions. His ability to quickly assess maintenace needs ensures that Drummer Realty's properties are not only safe and functional but also maintained to the highest standards.
