Drummer Realty Presents the 2017 Environmental Excellence Award
Within three weeks of purchasing The Birkenshaw Apartments located in the heart of downtown Calgary, Homestead Land Holdings Ltd. implemented its water conservation program by replacing every toilet, shower head, and aerators in every unit to a low flow product. They also rebuilt and automated the boiler system to improve energy efficiency. They have added a clothing bin to recycle and help the less fortunate. This is in addition to the building’s recycling program that has proven to be very effective, and which the tenants utilize excellently.
